Congratulations - The HIS' Version 2 is out.
After years of developing, the HIS started to gain momentum and we have completed Version 2
New features in version 2:

- Sending SMS directly (not through email gateway like in version 1) makes testing very reliable and quick. (See details here)
- Dispatch screen is now wide and its main portion now show list of leads with the follow fields: Customer name, Phone, Appointment time, City and Work needed. (See details here)
- Hot Leads: A Special icon now dedicated for hot leads, so you can let your best people to attempt on unsold leads with high odds to close a deal. (See details here)
- Controlling Caller ID: You can now assign caller ID for each company so the HIS can display the right caller ID on clients' display. (See details here)
- New dialer engine make recording more reliable and sound quality better.
- Payroll now automatically creates transaction for agents upon confirm, and IA and upon first payment made toward a project.
- Making users' security / permissions easier to understand and control.
- Long list of small bug fixes.
