Dispatch a salesman: The next thing to do after a lead was confirmed is to dispatch a salesman to the appointments. Efficiently dispatching is a complicated task that required the dispatch person to process large amount of information. The Home Improvement Software has a Salesman Dispatch module designed to assist with the dispatch task.
The Home Improvement Software keeps in different lists (but in the same convenience screen) the appointments according to their statuses. It keeps the appointments need to be dispatched, and appointments waiting for results separated. The Dispatch person can then click on either one and perform his / her tasks.
When dispatching a salesman, dispatcher can send email and SMS to the salesman, the email includes a link to a map and direction, what works very good for smart phones.
Upon conclusion of an appointment, a salesman calls back, and the dispatcher easily locate the appointment with with couple clicks can update the results of the lead appointment.
If a lead was sold, it will be pushed to the production. When there is no sale, the lead goes to the Rehash for another attempt.
If a lead was not sold, it goes to the Rehash so a second attempt can be perform.
